Working Principle

Inlet air with a temperature of 18-35 Celsius and RH 40 -100% enters the AHU Mixing Box. Before further processing, the air is sterilized from biological contaminants using DOHAIS, which generates ION plasma of 1,000-5,000 IONs. The air then passes through a pre-filter, medium filter, or HEPA filter.
Contaminated air from the OR is sterilized again and exhausted to the outside through the Microcon-600 exhaust system, which is equipped with Plasma, a complete filter set, and a variable fan (50–600 CFM1) to maintain a Negative/Positive pressure of 5–30 pascals.
The clean air is then supplied to the Operating Room (OR) through HEPA Laminaire with a flow rate of 0,125–0,75 m³/s and a temperature of 18–22°C.
Moist air is dried by NUVOLT (bypass air process), then enters the cooling coil to reduce moisture (humidity). This process is without the use of an electric heater.
