DOHAIS

The DOHAIS system is designed to maintain operating room (OR) conditions according to KEMENKES (Ministry of Health) Standard No. 40, which includes regulating RH (Relative Humidity), temperature, ACH (Air Changes per Hour), laminar airflow, and fresh air supply.

This system combines NUVOLT and DOHAIS technology to ensure clean and sterile air.

How It Works:

  1. Incoming air, with a temperature of 20–28°C and RH of 40–100%, goes to the AHU (Air Handling Unit) Mixing Box. Before further processing, the air is sterilized from biological contaminants using DOHAIS, which generates 1,000-5,000 ION plasma. The air then passes through a pre-filter, medium filter, or HEPA filter.

  2. Humid air is dried by Nuvolt (bypass air process) and then enters the cooling coil to lower its temperature. If needed, the system uses a 1–2 kW electric heater as a backup.

  3. Clean air is supplied to the OR through a HEPA Laminaire with a flow rate of 0.125–0.75 m³/s and a temperature of 18–22°C.

  4. Contaminated air from the OR is re-sterilized and exhausted outside through the Microcon-600 exhaust system, which is equipped with Plasma, a complete filter set, and a variable fan (50–600 CFM) to maintain a positive / negative pressure of 5–30 Pascal.
